New Golfers

Want to learn to play golf the right way and meet others? The Coosaw Creek professional staff can help. If you are a beginner or junior, sign up for a clinic, junior lesson, or golf camp. Students completing our camps and instructional courses have praised our instructional staff and recommended our programs to their friends and family members due to our proven training methods and warm, professional staff.

Maybe all you need is a new set of clubs to advance your game. The staff offers free custom club fitting sessions with the top names in golf clubs available:  Callaway, Titleist, Cobra, Ping, Tour Edge and more!

Welcome To Golf Clinics

Welcome to Golf Program is getting back under way.  This program is geared to invite the novice golfer who may be intimidated to learn the game, pushed away by high prices or just not sure what golf is all about.  We have developed a 5 class program, designed to take you through the A to Z of golf.  Classes will be conducted every Thursday at and will last about 1 and 30 minutes per session.  Cost will be $10 per class for members and $15 per class for non members.  Please sign up in the pro shop.  Classes are limited to the first 10 to sign up, so sign up today.  Session 2 will start on May 3^rd thru May 24^th

Thurs March 15^th @6pm:  Welcome, Etiquette on the Green & Putting Clinic
Thurs March 22^nd 6pm:  Short Game Clinic (Chipping, Pitching & Bunker Play) Etiquette & Rules around the green
Thurs March 29^th @ 6pm:  Short Game Clinic (Chipping, Pitching & Bunker Play) Etiquette & Rules around the green
Thurs April 5^th @ 6pm: Full Swing (Fundamentals of the set-up, role of the body, arm & club position, practice time)
Thurs April 12^th @ 6pm:  Full Swing Review, Practice, Course Tour featuring rules of golf, etiquette and tips
 

Junior Clinics

Junior Clinics are starting back up on March 5th through-out March and April.  Every Monday we will host a junior clinic at 4 pm.  Available for all juniors under the age of 13. The Clinic will last approximately 1 HOUR and will include on course play with an instructor. And parents, we also encourage you to stay and participate in the clinic as well. Cost will be free to any members and $5 to any non members.

Junior Camps

Junior Camps return once again to Coosaw Creek in June. Camps will be open to juniors from age 6 – 16. The cost of each camp will be $200 per member & $250 per guest. We will run two 4-day sessions this summer on the following dates: Session 1 from June 4th – 7th and Session 2 from Aug 6th – 9th. Fee includes goody bag, lunch every day, instruction and certificate of completion. Contests, skills challenges, rules, etiquette and on course play are all part of the fun as your junior learns the FUN-damentals of golf.
 

Please call the golf shop for more detail and to sign up your junior. Camp sizes will be limited to the first 20 to sign-up, so please sign up early.
